CarbonSpace is developing a satellite-powered platform for monitoring land-based carbon footprint. Our goal is to facilitate the global transition to net-zero, by providing the agriculture, food and forestry industries with an accurate, scalable and cost-effective tool for tracking emissions and sequestrations from grasslands, croplands and forests. The CarbonSpace platform allows driving carbon footprint transparency within supply chains and assessing the impact of sustainability and natural carbon removal programs.

CarbonSpace is a team of professionals in Space, Sustainability and ICT domains spread across Europe and the USA. Our projects are mostly located in Europe, the USA and Latin America.

Ultimately, you will work directly with clients and support sales and marketing team members to help solve customer problems and ensure their satisfaction and high retention rate. You will also work closely with other employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Tasks

As a Customer Success Manager, you will provide ongoing support to our clients and implement programs that will increase business revenue potentials and minimize churn rates. A Customer Success Manager’s responsibilities include supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects, building close relationships that often last beyond any one project or job-order.

Requirements

Requirements: Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships both with customers and the internal team Accountability, personal organization and attention to details are crucial Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is nice to have) Good problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills
